What you'll do

• Prepare and cook menu items, including grilled foods, sandwiches, salads, vegetables, fruits, desserts, and other items as directed. Operate kitchen equipment
• maintain food temperatures and rotate and store inventory. Clean and maintain equipment and work areas, handle dishes, and follow safety, sanitation, and security regulations. May assist with inventories and bar-related duties.
