The role oversees patient access, billing, coding, collections, and denial management, using performance analysis, process improvements, regulatory compliance, and team leadership to support revenue cycle performance.

What you'll do

• Provide strategic direction for revenue cycle operations
• oversee patient access, billing, coding, collections, and denial management
• develop strategies to reduce denials and improve cash flow
• recommend operational changes
• analyze and share performance metrics with the executive leadership team
• ensure billing and coding compliance
• negotiate with payors
• hire, train, coach, evaluate, and manage team members.

Why this role
