What you'll do

• Complete property repair and upkeep work orders and related paperwork
• prepare vacant units for occupancy
• maintain supplies, tools, and equipment
• follow safety requirements and company procedures
• maintain preventive maintenance schedules
• inspect units and grounds
• assist with landscaping and trash removal
• perform plumbing, appliance, electrical, HVAC, interior, and exterior maintenance and repairs
• be available for on-call after-hours emergencies and pending inspections.
