Maintenance Manager — Manufacturing Equipment

What you'll do

• Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance for CNC machines and production equipment
• troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues
• manage repairs to CNC mills and lathes
• diagnose failures and minimize downtime
• schedule maintenance to support production
• maintain records and work orders
• inspect and repair CNC controls, motors, drives, and tooling
• troubleshoot PLC systems
• develop preventive maintenance schedules
• oversee HVAC, lighting, plumbing, and structural systems
• coordinate facility projects and vendor services
• maintain safety compliance.
