The director coordinates sales activity, develops revenue strategies, monitors market and account performance, and leads the sales team. This work contributes to the properties’ revenue goals, guest satisfaction, and effective sales operations.

• Oversee sales and revenue for two properties
• coordinate group, transient, and meeting/catering sales
• train and support sales associates
• monitor market trends and key accounts
• review sales performance reports
• develop and document strategic business plans and budgets
• lead sales meetings and standups

• support guest experience and hotel operations.
