What you'll do

• Perform routine maintenance such as painting, carpet and floor cleaning, caulking, and cleaning
• assist with repairs to HVAC systems, room furniture, fixtures, and other hotel items
• supervise the preventive maintenance program
• report major repair needs to the General Manager
• assist with meeting-room setup and cleanup and other hotel areas as needed
• drive the airport and rental shuttle.
