The Deli/Grill Cook, Corporate Kitchen role is onsite in Phoenix, AZ, with compensation of $25 per hour. The schedule is Monday–Friday, 5:30 a.m.–2 p.m. Thomas Cuisine is a contract food service company focused on scratch-made cuisine and the quality and impact of food. The cook prepares fresh menu items and supports café service by following recipes, food safety standards, and service timelines. The role also maintains kitchen equipment and work areas, assists with stocking and inventory, and provides friendly service to guests.

What you'll do

• Prepare grilled items, deli offerings, sandwiches, soups, salads, and other menu items according to recipes and quality standards
• operate and maintain kitchen equipment safely
• prepare and portion ingredients
• assemble orders
• monitor food temperatures
• follow food safety and sanitation standards
• answer basic menu questions
• maintain clean workstations
• assist with stocking, inventory, and product rotation.
