What you'll do
- Manage resident care needs according to care plans.
- Supervising and coaching staff on shift to ensure standards of care are met.
- Administer medications as prescribed, ensuring accuracy and adherence to protocols.
- Accurately document and maintain accurate records of medical information, care plans, and incidents to ensure regulatory compliance and consistency of care.
- Communicate effectively with residents and residents' families.
- Advocate for residents' rights and preferences.
- Participate in on call weekend rotations approximately every 6-8 weeks and 2 out of 3 of major holidays per year.
