Reporting to the Food Solutions (Commissary) General Manager coordination in various areas of the business. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:. Aware of the goals and direction of the Company and align all decisions and activities of Food Solutions and Napoleon’s Bakery production operations to support that direction and achieve the goals. Oversee all administrative needs of the Commissary Operations.
