The Retail Store Lead — Cannabis role is onsite in Buffalo, MO. Pay is $17 per hour. The lead supports Good Day Farm’s store management team and its customer-focused cannabis retail operations. The role helps guide daily store performance, staff development, inventory compliance, and customer experience. By coaching team members, supporting sales and operational processes, and maintaining accurate inventory, the lead contributes to store goals and a positive, compliant shopping experience.

What you'll do

• Assist with staff training, coaching, daily huddles, and team motivation
• support day-to-day store leadership and maintenance
• help meet sales expectations and communicate business updates
• build customer relationships and promote sales, products, and loyalty sign-ups
• assist with inventory intake, reconciliation, cycle counts, order fulfillment, cash handling, and closing procedures
• support visual merchandising and accurate online menus
• promote compliance and communicate facility maintenance needs.
