Shift Leader

Job overview

The Shift Leader role is onsite in Midvale, UT. Compensation is $13–$15 per hour. The position supports operations at a Jersey Mike’s restaurant. The shift leader helps the management team run the location by coaching staff, maintaining food quality and customer service, and overseeing daily restaurant tasks. The role also leads a crew of two to five people and supports sales, training, sanitation, and store opening and closing.
