What you'll do

• Convert leads into signed leases
• follow up with prospects
• manage traffic, conversion, and closing metrics in Yardi
• conduct property tours and address objections
• maintain renewal relationships
• conduct outreach marketing and support social media
• monitor market comparisons and pricing
• maintain lease files
• walk vacant units to ensure they are show-ready
• assist with inspections, resident concerns, and administrative duties.
