What you'll do

• Manage personal injury cases from prelitigation through litigation
• open and close files
• prepare legal documents and discovery
• coordinate depositions, mediations, and trial preparation
• communicate with clients and external parties
• maintain case indexes, calendars, notes, and deadlines
• conduct legal research
• and prepare settlement fund disbursements.
