What you'll do

• Maintain the management office, models, common areas, grounds, walkways, and garden areas
• accept and enter resident work orders
• help prepare vacant apartments for rent
• remove trash and debris
• replace light bulbs
• perform snow removal
• deliver resident notifications
• transport small tools and equipment
• set up tables and chairs
• complete assigned tasks promptly and reliably.
