Document Control Lead

The Document Control Lead role is onsite at the client’s West Haven, CT, and/or Piscataway, NJ location. Compensation is $70,000–$100,000 per year. ITAC provides engineering and construction services for complex capital projects and employs the selected candidate while they work on assignment with a client. The lead oversees document-control processes for capital and operational projects in an active manufacturing environment. Accurate revision control, records, and reporting help project teams coordinate work, meet requirements, and complete project milestones and closeout activities.

What you'll do

• Lead document-control activities for factory transformation and capital improvement projects
• develop procedures and workflows
• receive, review, distribute, track, store, and archive project documents
• maintain engineering records and revision control
• coordinate with project teams, contractors, vendors, and stakeholders
• track deliverables
• perform quality checks
• report status
• support audits and closeout
• train project personnel.
