Measurement Technician

Job overview

The Measurement Technician role is onsite in Roosevelt, UT, with field work for oil and gas customers. Compensation is $23–$38 per hour. The role supports accurate, safe, and reliable measurement work for customer operations. The technician verifies and calibrates measurement equipment, inspects custody transfer data, troubleshoots discrepancies, and maintains required records. This work helps customers and production personnel identify and resolve measurement issues while meeting safety and quality standards.

What you'll do

• Verify and calibrate gas and liquid flow meters
• verify and calibrate pressure and temperature transmitters and liquid-level instrumentation
• inspect and verify measurement data at custody transfer points
• perform meter tube and air leak inspections
• troubleshoot measurement discrepancies and equipment issues
• maintain customer- and BLM-required calibration records and field reports
• coordinate with Production and I&E personnel
• follow OTS safety and quality standards.

Why this role
