What you'll do

• Support individuals with personal care, meal preparation, housekeeping, shopping, banking, and community activities
• implement and document goals and behavior support plans
• administer medications according to agency policy
• accompany individuals to appointments as assigned
• maintain records and incident reports
• communicate with supervisors, families, and care teams
• protect confidentiality and follow safety and regulatory procedures.
