What you'll do

• Perform preventive maintenance, diagnose faults, and repair production equipment
• operate processing equipment as needed
• interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals
• support water plant equipment including ice makers, compressors, refrigeration systems, pumps, and condensers
• manage repair-parts readiness and inventory
• inspect ice quality
• perform minor building and grounds upkeep
• coach others on safe tool use
• support continuous improvement and complete safety checklists.
