What you'll do

• Set global brand strategy and lead creative execution across markets
• partner with the CMO and executive team while reviewing creative work
• build systems that maintain a consistent brand voice
• measure creative work against efficient growth and demand generation
• manage creative budgets, vendors, and headcount planning
• and attract, hire, retain, and coach creative talent, including the team in Pune, India.
