What you'll do

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers about State Farm insurance products and services
• gather customer information to identify and qualify leads
• stay informed about insurance products and services
• follow up on campaign and referral leads to schedule agent appointments
• provide initial information and answer basic questions
• maintain prospect and interaction records
• follow State Farm communication and compliance guidelines
• prepare reports on calls, lead generation, and appointment scheduling.
