What you'll do

• Handle inbound phone and internet leads and direct them to the appropriate contact
• contact current customers by phone and email
• develop sales and business opportunity leads through networking, cold calling, and referrals
• work with sales to develop strategies and techniques
• research consumer and industry trends and communicate findings to management and dealership employees
• provide customer service.
