Quality Control Director — Electrical Construction

What you'll do

• Develop and manage the company-wide QA/QC program for electrical new construction
• review plans, specifications, and submittals
• conduct jobsite audits for compliance with NEC, local codes, and project specifications
• lead root cause analysis and corrective action plans
• train and mentor personnel
• coordinate with clients, inspectors, and testing agencies
• maintain inspection and deficiency documentation
• improve prefabrication quality and field installation consistency.
