• Oversee community-based clinical services and licensing compliance
• monitor counselors’ and therapists’ assignments and documentation
• track program outcomes
• conduct assessments when needed
• develop program goals and supervise staff
• review referrals and guide clinical interventions
• consult on crises
• connect clients with community resources
• oversee treatment and clinical records
• provide outpatient counseling and clinical assessments
• maintain on-call coverage and schedules.
