What you'll do

• Lead hydroelectric dam maintenance projects using PMI-based practices
• define project needs, deliverables, objectives, plans, resources, and performance measures
• align project teams and technical expertise to project complexity
• manage contracts with sourcing
• ensure safe, specified delivery on committed schedules
• lead stakeholder communications and status reporting
• support FERC and other regulatory compliance
• plan training and transition readiness
• oversee closeout and operational handoff
• mentor others in project delivery and change management
• evaluate feasibility and business value.
