What you'll do

• Oversee construction projects from pre-construction planning through punch list and closeout
• lead and mentor site superintendents, subcontractors, and project teams
• manage schedules, budgets, and resources
• coordinate with clients, architects, and engineers
• enforce safety, quality, and building-code requirements
• identify and mitigate risks
• review submittals, RFIs, change orders, and progress payments
• conduct site inspections and quality audits
• manage vendor relationships
• use construction management software to track progress and report metrics.
