The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) role is onsite at MediLodge of Holland in Holland, MI, with starting wages of $22.40–$32.21 per hour. MediLodge provides long-term skilled nursing and short-term rehabilitation services. Under supervision, the CNA provides basic nursing assistance and helps residents with daily living activities. The role supports resident care through personal assistance, mobility, monitoring, and communication with residents, families, and facility staff.

What you'll do

• Answer signal lights and bells to determine resident needs
• assist with grooming, oral hygiene, bathing, hair care, and incontinence care
• obtain food trays and assist with feeding
• assist with range-of-motion exercises and movement to wheelchairs or activity areas
• help residents turn and position in bed and ambulate short distances
• take and record vital signs and food and fluid intake and output as directed
• perform other assigned tasks.

Why this role
