Job overview

The Registered Behavior Technician, Infant Toddler Program role is based onsite in Bremerton, WA, with services provided primarily in children’s homes and community settings. Compensation is $20.08–$24.82 per hour. Holly Ridge Center’s Infant Toddler Program provides early support services to children from birth to age 3 and their families. Working under ongoing supervision from a Board Certified Behavior Analyst, the technician provides individualized, evidence-based Applied Behavior Analysis services for young autistic children and their families. The work uses play-based interactions and everyday routines to support communication, social connection, play skills, and independence while respecting each child’s communication style, sensory needs, interests, and autonomy.
