What you'll do

• Perform maintenance and housekeeping duties around community grounds
• complete service requests for grounds, buildings, apartments, equipment, and vehicles
• perform routine repairs involving wall and floor coverings, furniture, plumbing, minor electrical work, appliances, painting, heating and air systems, refrigeration, and room preparation
• drive a 14-passenger bus
• respond to emergency calls outside scheduled work hours when needed.
