What you'll do

• Lead community culture and model servant leadership
• connect with residents
• oversee financial health
• lead functional leaders
• support hiring, training, and performance management
• build relationships with residents and families
• support sales, lease signings, and move-ins
• conduct monthly resident forums and daily stand-ups
• partner with leaders to resolve community concerns
• maintain regulatory compliance and survey readiness
• ensure safety protocols
• provide onsite emergency support when necessary
• support other functions as needed.
