What you'll do

• Assist residents with bathing, grooming, dressing-related personal care, and room upkeep
• follow medication administration protocols
• respond promptly to emergency calls
• assist with toileting, transfers, ambulation, positioning, and other activities of daily living
• take and report vital signs as requested
• report changes in condition and incidents
• support activities, admissions, transfers, and discharges
• complete daily assignment sheets
• follow infection-control and confidentiality procedures
• maintain equipment and supplies
• assist with housekeeping as assigned.
