Registered Nurse (RN) - Full-Time Days in Crystal, ND. This is an onsite, full-time position with a salary range of $32.50 - $48.00 per hour. This role provides professional nursing care for residents under the supervision of a registered nurse, advanced practice provider, or physician. The RN is responsible for utilizing the nursing process to provide individualized care, collaborating with the healthcare team, and ensuring resident health, comfort, and safety.

What you'll do

• Provide professional nursing care for residents.
• Utilize the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, evaluation).
• Collaborate with residents, families, and inter-disciplinary colleagues.
• Administer medications and treatments.
• Document resident interactions, care, and outcomes.
• Coordinate care, conduct resident assessments, and provide education.
• May serve as charge nurse and delegate tasks.
• Maintain effective working relationships.
• Recognize and respond to emergent situations.

What we're looking for

Education

Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program preferred. Bachelor’s Degree in nursing preferred.

Experience

Currently holds an unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing.
