What you'll do

• Oversee cash-handling procedures
• reconcile and analyze balance-sheet accounts
• analyze financial results
• track monthly profit-and-loss and balance-sheet activity
• develop forecasts and budgets
• review general ledger and balance sheets
• resolve accounting and reconciliation issues
• prepare and distribute financial reports
• maintain inventory and cost-control procedures
• administer payroll and human resources.
