Director of Sales

What you'll do

• Develop assigned market segments and new business

• conduct prospecting and outside sales calls
• manage sales activity in the property sales system
• generate reports and build accounts
• develop sales contracts and promotions
• monitor market and business news
• contribute to forecasting and budgeting
• coach and manage sales personnel as applicable
• maintain client follow-up and relationships.
