What you'll do

• Learn the operations of the Brakes Plus business
• build and develop a motivated team
• work with the Sales Team on the lobby floor and with the Service Team in the shop
• help improve team performance and execute store processes
• apply management experience, store technology, payroll management, expense analysis, inventory control, and P&L review skills.
