What you'll do

• Coordinate and supervise the interdisciplinary team
• ensure sufficient shift staffing

• review medical records and documentation for compliance with clinical guidelines and protocols
• ensure staff compliance with DPH and HIPAA requirements
• uphold nursing policies and procedures
• plan and implement new-staff orientation
• attend weekly and administrative meetings.
