What you'll do

• Coordinate training schedules for new hires and employees moving into new positions
• conduct on-the-job, refresher, safety, and other required training
• develop training methods and materials
• document and maintain training processes, work instructions, and standard work
• administer written and practical tests
• evaluate training effectiveness
• document employee progress and performance
• observe work and provide coaching
• collaborate with supervisors and Quality
• maintain training records, files, certifications, and metrics
• recommend improvements to training materials and processes.
