What you'll do

• Manage recruiting from intake through offer and close
• advise hiring managers on role requirements and interview processes
• develop sourcing strategies
• improve candidate experience
• partner on headcount forecasting and hiring strategy
• oversee reference and background checks and vendor relationships
• manage the applicant tracking system and recruiting tools
• improve processes and employer branding
• represent the company at recruiting events
• track pipeline metrics
• manage temporary contractors and agencies as needed.
