The Director, People Business Partners role is onsite in San Jose, CA, with a base pay range of $191,000–$259,000 per year. FloQast’s People Business Partner organization supports executive leaders and teams across the company as it scales its accounting workflow automation business. This role leads the global People Business Partner team and advises senior executives on organizational design, workforce planning, succession, performance, employee relations, and talent strategy. It helps build the leadership pipelines and people systems needed to support growth across business units.

What you'll do

• Lead and develop People Business Partners supporting all departments
• advise C-suite and VP leaders on organizational design, succession, workforce planning, and executive coaching
• oversee complex employee relations matters
• own performance review and merit processes
• drive talent management and succession planning
• use people analytics and AI-driven insights
• collaborate with Finance, Accounting, Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, and People Operations.
