Commercial Property Management Intern

The Commercial Property Management Intern is based at Thalhimer’s Glen Allen, VA office, with project assignments in a specific Virginia market location. Compensation is $20 per hour. The 10-week program introduces interns to commercial property management, brokerage, multifamily property management, and investment and development. The internship provides practical exposure to commercial real estate disciplines. The intern gathers market data, researches properties and businesses, markets to tenants and landlords, and synthesizes learning through project work and capstone presentations.

• Participate in orientation across commercial real estate disciplines
