It helps Legal and partner teams respond accurately and on time while the company’s legal function grows.

What you'll do

• Coordinate investor due diligence and audit requests from intake through completion
• support corporate governance, documentation, filings, entity records, and renewals
• manage outside counsel and legal vendors, budgets, invoices, and legal technology
• partner with Finance, IT, Tax, Treasury, and the People Team
• assist attorneys with commercial transactions and compliance matters
• may grow into Board coordination, legal research, and contract drafting and review.
