Floor Trader

The Floor Trader role is onsite in New York, NY. Compensation is $150,000–$200,000 annually. Belvedere Trading's traders provide market liquidity and work with technology teams to optimize trading systems and performance. The trader makes markets in assigned options products, using pricing models, volatility analysis, and risk frameworks to manage positions and select trades. The role monitors market activity in real time and shares market insight and post-trade feedback to improve trading strategies and execution.

What you'll do

• Provide liquidity in assigned options products
• execute floor-based, voice-assisted, or hybrid options trades
• apply pricing models, volatility analysis, and risk frameworks
• monitor market activity, order flow, and quote quality
• partner with technology and quantitative teams to improve tools and execution
• contribute market insight and post-trade analysis
• coordinate with brokers, counterparties, and internal stakeholders.
