Senior Security Assessment Specialist — Remote

The Senior Security Assessment Specialist role is fully remote. Compensation is $45–$47 per hour on W-2, without benefits. The role supports security assessments across cloud environments and regulatory frameworks.

What you'll do

• Assess, document, and communicate security risks and mitigation strategies
• perform security scanning aligned with FedRAMP, BSI IT-Grundschutz, and other frameworks
• recommend improvements to security posture
• refine assessment methods and documentation
• analyze and validate cloud security controls
• apply infrastructure automation and scripting tools to support secure design and auditing
• and communicate findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
