• Lead engineering teams supporting southern manufacturing facilities
• coordinate capital expenditure planning and execution
• oversee engineering design and implementation
• collaborate with operations, maintenance, process engineering, and quality
• manage budgets, schedules, resources, and project timelines
• ensure safety and policy compliance
• identify technologies and improvement opportunities
• monitor KPIs and advise senior leadership
• coordinate third-party and global engineering resources.
