What you'll do

• Assist the Lead Teacher with planning and implementing daily activities
• supervise and guide children during routines and transitions
• support classroom learning
• help maintain staff-to-child ratios
• assist with meals, rest, hygiene, and outdoor play
• follow licensing and agency policies
• maintain attendance, meal counts, and documentation
• clean and organize classroom materials
• greet families and support family activities
• complete required training.
