What you'll do
- Responsibilities may include constructing post-frame, agricultural, commercial, and wood-framed buildings
- performing carpentry and framing
- installing posts, trusses, framing components, metal roofing, and siding
- measuring, cutting, assembling, and installing materials
- using hand and power tools safely
- assisting with layout and structural construction
- following plans, blueprints, and foreman direction
- preparing materials
- maintaining an organized jobsite
- following safety requirements
- communicating with English- and Spanish-speaking team members
- and traveling to regional jobsites as needed. Bilingual English/Spanish communication, related hands-on construction experience, and a valid driver’s license are required.
