What you'll do

• Assess residents and review medical records and nursing notes
• provide care according to physician orders, care plans, standards, and facility policies
• coordinate admissions, transfers, and discharges
• transcribe physician telephone orders
• administer medications and complete documentation
• lead and coach licensed and other professionals
• participate in care planning and staff training
• monitor safety, infection control, and sanitation
• promote residents’ rights.
