What you'll do

• Prepare and cook menu items, including teriyaki bowls and appetizers
• maintain prepared-ingredient inventory
• complete orders
• follow recipes for signature sauces
• practice food safety
• maintain cleanliness and complete cleaning and dishwashing as needed
• perform delegated side work
• communicate with team members
• and lead or direct others as assigned.
