What you'll do

• Build positive working relationships with residents, families, and staff
• maintain confidentiality under HIPAA guidelines
• assist with daily living activities, mobility, meals, and personal hygiene
• monitor and record food and urinary and fecal output
• communicate with physicians, caregivers, and nurses
• use infection-control practices
• follow fire and emergency procedures and report safety violations.
