What you'll do

• Manage day-to-day recruitment program activities, track hiring actions, and prepare status briefings and reports
• liaise with hiring managers, human-capital staff, and external partners to resolve bottlenecks and communicate guidance
• assist with candidate review, interview scheduling, and selection
• coordinate and process human-capital incentive requests
• review incentive packages for completeness and budget alignment
• monitor approval workflows and maintain an incentive tracking ledger
• represent recruitment at career fairs and outreach events
• manage event logistics and engage prospective candidates
• review HR policies and procedures and provide guidance.

Why this role
