What you'll do

• Support daily program operations and standards
• assist with recruiting, interviewing, hiring, onboarding, and retaining staff

Why this role

Requires Level 3 or higher on the Montana Early Childhood Project Practitioner Registry, qualifying early childhood education credentials, at least three years in licensed childcare or early childhood education, and one year of childcare leadership or management. Montessori certification is a plus. Schedule is Monday–Friday, 8-hour day shifts; no nights or weekends. Bonus opportunities.
